About

Liz Williamson's expertise as a Realtor is in Southern and Central Marin. As a 25-year resident of Mill Valley, she provides in-depth, well-founded information, resulting in her clients—whether buyers, sellers, or investors—making smart decisions in today’s fast-paced market. Liz believes in a culture of collaboration; she is very well respected not only by her past clients but also by other Realtors whom she has worked with. She is experienced in providing need-based services, employing the use of trusted stagers, painters, inspectors, and estate sale professionals. She is great at getting whatever you need to be done accomplished. Liz is a sixth-generation Californian and a fourth-generation University of California, Berkeley graduate. (Go Bears!) She serves as a board member of Buckelew Programs, is on the development committee and one of the volunteer coordinators for MarinScapes, an annual four-day fundraiser event. Buckelew Programs is a nonprofit with a mission to promote recovery, resilience, and hope to people in need of behavioral health and support services. A huge outdoor enthusiast, Liz has been an avid cyclist for over 30 years and loves hiking with clients and friends. She also is very familiar with the floating homes' market of Sausalito and loves showing first-time floating-home buyers the benefits of this lifestyle on the water.
