Global Real Estate Advisor
Eva Benard brings a wealth of experience to Engel & Völkers. Born in Krakow, Poland, she came to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1970 and became a licensed Realtor in 1980 after earning the MBA degree in international business at San Francisco State University. Her fluency in Polish, German, and Russian were advantageous in her early work in the travel industry, specializing in Soviet and Eastern Bloc country travel.
Subsequently, as a Realtor, she became a relocation specialist, working with several relocation companies to handle cross-country and international employee transfers for such corporations as Bank of America, Barclays, Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Bechtel, and Autodesk.
Eva moved from the Peninsula to Marin County in 1990, extending her knowledge of residential and commercial transactions to San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma counties. Before joining E&V in 2019, she worked at First Marin, McGuire, and Bradley Real Estate here.
Her solid business ethics and strong negotiating skills are appreciated by all of her clients, who applaud her work ethic as well: “I believe that there is no substitute for hard work and experience,” Eva says and proves it with her exceptional performance as a steady top producer. Her strengths are in negotiating terms, implementing dynamic marketing strategies, and effectively dealing with the complexities of real estate transactions. She looks forward to working within the extensive international network of Engel & Völkers, while continuing to serve her local clients.
