Global Real Estate Advisor
In 2004 Kathleen Diringer became a licensed real estate Broker after nearly a decade of “flipping” houses in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her years of buying, remodeling, and reselling houses in a wide variety of market conditions have translated into a comprehensive knowledge of the Marin market, a rare ability to see properties for their true value, and a formidable range of negotiating skills.
Kathleen has a dedicated following of buyers and sellers who appreciate her integrity, analytical style, drive, and skills. First-hand experiences helped her build an extensive network of trustworthy resources. The longstanding relationships she maintains with experts in lending, inspection, and construction assist her as she safely guides her clients—whether first-time buyers or seasoned investors—directly to the perfect property and, ultimately, through a seamless transaction.
After graduating from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in economics, Kathleen pursued a career in the specialized field of direct marketing and consumer behavior. This early career has been extremely valuable to all of Kathleen's clients when they decide to sell. Kathleen's marketing strategies are multi-platform, executed with precise results in mind ,and always targeting the right buyer for her client's home.
The level of commitment Kathleen has shown her clients and community over the years has been generously recognized by her colleagues; she has received numerous production, quality service, and customer-satisfaction awards. Kathleen has served on various boards and was president of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Marin Chapter, in 2014. She is active in her local school parents association and is a member of the California, National, and Marin associations of Realtors.
Kathleen was born and raised in the Bay Area, and her admiration of fine architecture, fueled by extensive travel in Europe, inspired her to purchase her current Eichler home, located in San Rafael, California. When Kathleen is not hard at work, she can be found camping, fly-fishing, and skiing with her family.
